Beautiful place to have a stroll. The Amazing view, just cuts u off from the hustle bustle of the city. This comes under the little joys we need.Jus sitting there watching people walking, angling, jogging, children playing, some with dripping icecreams just cheers u up.

I love Dun Laoghaire, it a beautiful coastal town and a lovely place for a walk. The views are spectacular and it is always enjoyable to visit.
I had a lovely walk there last Saturday evening.

Day trip to Dun Laoghaire is something you don't want to miss if you are staying in Dublin area for a couple of days. Small town located next to Dublin with a vibrant city center, beautiful pier walk, enriched with fantastic restaurants with a sea view. It's possible to book a boat tour on the pier too. During the summer many of cultural and artistic programmes are happening on and near pier. On the other side of a beach there is James Joyce cultural center. For the art and sea lovers, National Maritme Museum is in amid of Dun Laoghaire. Perfect day trip from Dublin.

Since early Victorian times the subjects and since 1922 citizens have been enjoying the ozone here. It is good for all ages. Those recovering from hospital or with arthritis can use the flat gradient to improve their mobility. What a pity that the once
good toilets on the pier are permanently closed. There are filthy temporary toilets at the end of the pier. There seems to be money for all sorts of developments in Ireland except well maintained toilets.

The parking fees after 7 pm are gouging. I would have thought that they would have changed the charging hours once DLRCOCO took it over.
