“3 Night Stay, Comfortable Beds, Great Ammenities, NOISY”
Reviewed 29 November 2017 for a stay in November 2017

Perfect for walking to attractions and shopping! Ammenities in apartment wonderful, and very spacious. Staff in the office during check in super friendly. Assisted us with printing boarding passes and arranging taxi services.

Although the apartment itself was everything we could hope for, the noise was unbelievable from the outside in the living room and from the apartment above in the back 2 bedrooms. BRING EARPLUGS!

Airport shuttle booked with office staff:

Upon meeting our driver he appeared irritated that our flight was slightly late (maybe 20 minutes). I did not appreciate this at all as we are a customer paying 50 Euros for a 9 KM ride from the airport. How are we to call and notify if we are in an airplane. We don't know how far the walk is to meet the driver upon disembarking the airplane. With all that said, of course he was knowledgeable and offering advice on the way to the office for check in procedures. Could of done without the attitude for 50 Euros!

Check in procedure:

In reality, office is quite a walk from actual apartment and located near a very questionable street regarding safety. With our pre-booked shuttle, we get the ride from office to the actual apartment after check-in included. AFTER THAT YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN !

Check was good...HOWEVER we were not given a lift key! After reaching apartment were told we would not receive lift key until the next day by the taxi driver. I find this UNACCEPTABLE as it was 3 or 4 PM and the office does not close until 8 PM.

“Perfect location in Dublin”

Rental process was easy & airport pickup was good.
The apartment is in an excellent location, convenient to tours, shopping & restaurants. Within walking distance to everything.
Upon arrival we tried taking our luggage to our 3rd floor apt in the lift. Each apt has a lift which opens right into your apt. You need to use your key on the lift. We couldn't get our key into the lock, it looked as tho it had been vandalized. We had to carry our bags up 4 flights of stairs. We never used the lift, although we tried a few more times.
Wifi was spotty at best. When it worked it was a nice surprise.
The main entrance door onto busy Grafton St has to be physically shut to close & lock it. While there were other renters in our bldg, that door was always ajar. This was a huge security issue & very worrisome to us.
The TV remote was very finicky, may be as simple as needing new batteries.
The washer/dryer combo is old & can't accommodate anything but a very few items. Pretty worthless.
The bathroom attached to the twin bedroom has no counter space, the sink is so tiny it's not functional & we never used the shower in that bathroom because the nozzle was above the toilet. Just not a workable space.
Heaters take a long time to heat a room, it was cold.
Beds were very hard, as were the pillows.
One set of keys were issued. If we lost them there would be a €200 charge, not to mention if it happened after 8pm, the office would be closed & we'd be on our own.
Great location, nice, roomy apartment. Could be wonderful with some TLC.

“Couldn't get more central - lovely apartment”

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It looks directly over Grafton street to the front of Trinity College - a prime location. The location is quiet, with the bedrooms at the rear of the apartment, which is surprising considering how busy the street below can be. We travelled with our four children who range from 10-21 years. There were two comfortable single beds made up in the living room at the front of the apartment and two bedrooms with queen size beds in the other two bedrooms. The apartment is clean and modern with two bathrooms, though the second one is quite small and, therefore, we used the shower in main bathroom. The lift opens straight into the apartment on the second floor and there are stairs. There is a narrow stairway to the first floor and bags needed to be carried to the lift, so you would need to be mobile to access these. The wifi doesn't work at the back of the apartment, but this didn't concern us as it was strong in the hallway and the living room.
We arranged a taxi service to pick us up from the airport in the evening and the taxi driver had our keys and contract with him so we didn't need to go to the office. Would definitely stay here again.
