Not the first time we have stayed and this time as good as before. The reception staff were lovely ( met several of them over our 4 night stay ). Location perfect for our needs - fairly close to Loch Lomond and near to where our son lives. Hotel spotless and warm enough during the cold spell around New Year. Will definitely book next time we travel from West Midlands.
The rooms were clean and comfortable beds. Enough pillows for us all.
Dogs welcome but charge £20 per night. When we take our dogs we always respect the hotel and guests. It should be refunded if the rooms are left clean.
Room clean , well equipped and an amazing comfortable bed. Stayed with 2 dogs who had easy access to outside space. Staff friendly and helpful . Would definitely recommend as stop off to give a break in your journey . Lots of food choices as near to 2 small supermarkets , Costa coffee, pub and Indian restaurant
The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. If you are planning to go to Loch Lomond, this would be a good starting point. If you are planning to visit Glasgow without your own car, the transport system isn't the best. No train directly from here. No ubers as well. Just a bus. So plan accordingly.
Convenient location, clean, warm all we need and expect for the price. Excellent Indian restaurant a stone’s throw away.
