The course was in great condition, despite the long dry, hot summer.
Fairways were burnt, in areas, but the greens were immaculate.
Some long challenging holes, great par 3’s and wide fairways.
Will definitely be back.

While this is a parkland, not a links course more typical of the area, it is well conditioned, with a very nice design. On a slightly rainy weekday, we walked it and played as a twosome in slightly over 3 hours. While the rain did pool a bit on the fairways and a couple of greens, it was an enjoyable round and worth the fee.

Always used to play in early 2000's, and not been back in ages, looked forward to a game for ages. What followed was very nice, looks like many course changes over time, and condition was great. Bit slow, but to be expected on a Saturday on a municipal course, cost impressive at £35 a head as well.

The main Belleisle Course has often been described by experts as "the best municipal course in Scotland" Having played a very large number of these courses, I can confirm that Belleisle has at least to be in the top 3.

Both the main Belleisle course and the shorter Seafield course are always immaculately kept by the groundstaff. Both courses benefit from the recently opened and purpose built Clubhouse which has modern and comfortable facilities a well stocked Pro Shop and catering facilities offering anything from filed rolls - to a light meal.

Lots of free parking and reasonably priced day tickets. Option to phone and book a tee-off time.
