Very clean, enough space for the 7 of us. We liked the 3 bathrooms and additional WC. Kitchen well equipped, fridge a bit small for 7 but ok. Lovely furniture with old clocks and other old things. Dinner table just ok for 7. parking space in front of the house just fits for two cars. No space to sit outside but was ok for us as sea is 15 min away by foot and we had great weather. Weed outside could have been removed to make it nice looking. Only negative things: House is quite bad soundproofed. You can hear the others talking through the wall. Mattresses were nearly all quite bad and really reduced the quality of our stay as the sleep was not always good. One double bed was far too small for me and my wife (and we are of normal and my wife even of tiny constitution). We changed with our daughter and moved together two single beds. But all in all we liked the stay.
MacCleod church hall was a very comfortable base for our Highland adventure. With four bedrooms and generous living space it had plenty of space for a family of four. A small supermarket was two minutes walk away and you can easily walk to the town centre or to the beach. Lots of interesting sights within easy reach by car. I would be happy to stay again.
House wonderful has been designed to a high standard. A real luxury having all the ensuites best ever shower especially for my hair extensions.Kitchen well stocked. True driest and sunniest place in Scotland. Walked into town every day some good shops. Try wedding shop In stitches brilliant sale got a full wedding outfit reduced from 500 to 50 pounds. Charity shops high standard. Loads to do ie beach is superb. Horse riding. Good straight roads for running. Good Catholic church mass every day. All in all perfect family break.
Wonderful place to stay, very comfortable and plenty of space. Beautiful quirky accommodation full of character. Lovely kitchen complete with all you need. Nairn high Street and bus stops a walkable distance - beach half hour walk away. The owners were very kind - Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again.
we have just had the best week in a fantastic house, it has everything you could possible need. it is very clean and well looked after, there were seven of us staying and there was plenty of space. the house is about a fifteen minute walk into the centre of nairn. we went strawberry picking at wester hardmuir fruit farm which had the best strawberries & raspberries it's about 15min drive, logie steading is about 25mins away and it is a lovely place to visit. we went to the classroon restaurant for dinner it is excellent. i would highly recommend this house to anyone and would certainly stay again.
