The house is modern well equipped and excellently located. The house is spacious and comfortable with a very high standard of finish. There is everything you need for a few days or even a week or so to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.

We will be booking again.

Spent a lovely family weekend in this beautifully refurbished house. Very spacious and plenty room for us all. Very tasteful decorated and in keeping with a traditional, but modern Scottish theme throughout. Plenty crockery, cutlery & glass ware for the self catering needs. Very comfortable beds and the bunk beds are a great size for adults also. Ate in La Taverna restaurant which was good value and family friendly & about a 20 minute walk from the house. Visited the Hilton Colymbridge hotel to use the park, pool & soft play areas, and had a quick lunch in the dinner there at the soft play area. 5 minute walk through a woodland "secret" pathway. Will definitely visit again and spend longer next time. Good communication from the owner and a helpful welcome pack with information is there to read. Nice touches with the personalised soaps and coffee machine. Would not hesitate to recommend.

“Fantastic extended holiday!”
Reviewed 3 March 2016 for a stay in January 2016

Thankyou Susan for a wonderful 5 week stay. The house was just right for us. Even though the weather wasnt great we still had a lovely time. With walks and bike tracks right on your doorstep we were never stuck for places to go. The kids loved going for walks to the Lilly Loch and throwing stones onto the ice.
On really wet days we saught refuge up at the Coylumbridge swimming pool and the little ones loved the Fun House. All in all, whatever the time of year, or whatever the weather, there is plenty to keep everyone occupied and active. We will definately stay here again.

“Pre Christmas break”
Reviewed 23 December 2015 for a stay in December 2015

Excellent modern accommodation. Very well equipped throughout. Comfy beds, great bath and shower! We spent 3 nights here just before Christmas. Very comfortable accommodation. Modern, lots of added extras and touches, including a fully decorated Christmas tree!
Only potential downside is the lack of a washing machine. The property description does say ' no washing machine' so it wasn't a surprise and wasn't an issue for us as we were only staying for 3 days.
Perhaps the best acid test - yes, we would book to stay here again and would recommend it to friends.
As for Aviemore - awesome as always!! The snow leopards at the highland wildlife park were a particular highlight this year
