You might be surprised by the number of stairs it takes to get to the front door and beyond, but if you've stayed at Georgian style guesthouses before, maybe not? I walked with a cane for 7 years (last year I became partially bionic), so if you have any physical disabilities this is not the place for you. Or if you have a ton of luggage, small children etc.
Wonderfully decorated with a sense of humor, nice beds, toiletries etc. Breakfast room is very pretty with just the basics. Good price point and very nice staff. The location is very good in the west end and close to public transit among other things.
My only complaint is the tiny bathroom and the dank smell that comes with it; the ventilation is terrible and we kept the door shut at all times. Thankfully we stayed just one night otherwise I don't know if I could have handled it for any extended period.More
