I only stayed at the Radisson Blu for one night whilst on a business trip to Glasgow and I was really pleased with all aspects of my stay. One of the best parts about staying at this hotel is it's central location. It's in easy walking distance to some great restaurants, its next door to Glasgow's Central Station (so perfect if you are travelling by train), it is a 5 minute walk from the popular Buchanan Street with its shops, landmark attractions and concert hall and just a 15 minute taxi ride from Glasgow (GLA) Airport.
My twin room (# 263) was modern fresh and clean, although there was some unattractive mould in the grout in between the tiles in the shower that could easily be rectified. The hotel WiFi was fast and reliable and the downstairs lobby area was a great place to have my business meetings whilst making use of the Atrium Bar for coffees and teas. My room rate of GB£83.25 included the full breakfast buffet (normally £16.95 if bought separately) in the Collage Restaurant and it was an excellent breakfast. All hotel staff I came into contact with were polite, efficient, smart and friendly. In summary a great hotel that I'd recommend for either a business or leisure trip to Glasgow.More
