The hosts are extremely friendly, the breakfast is absolutely fantastic, the accommodation is very clean and modern but keeping the character of the building. The location is fantastic within easy walking distance of the sea front, Old Course and the town centre.
Room 2 is a little small and wouldn't suit for more than 3 nights, storage is tight, also hard to make tea/coffee with the short kettle cable. I would personally prefer a tea/coffee making centre down in the breakfast room and then take it to the more than adequate guest room which is very relaxing.
There is a little noise from traffic and late night revellers but it is a busy place so nothing can be done about this and it shouldn't deter visitors from staying here.
Overall I would highly recommend this for the place to stay in St Andrews.More
