Double sofa bed. Board games, kids toys and books. High speed WiFi.
Spacious room with comfortable, ornate brass beds, and prints of Old Edinburgh.
Bright and comfortable with walk-in wardrobe, with toys for kids. Cot and fold out bed available.
Double bedroom, with USB sockets and dressing area.
All rooms have USB sockets and high-speed WiFi. All towels and linen provided.
Outlander or Highlander? Have fun with our dress up box. Kilts, sporrans, the lot.
Past guests enjoying being braw lassies and laddies.
Location of flat (top right) – nearby attractions. 10min walk to Royal Mile and then up to Castle.

“Excellent all round service”

Julie has been extremely helpful in every aspect of leading upto our stay in Edinburgh from the west country. Upon arrival Julie was prompt and showed us around. She couldnt have made us more welcome with advice and support. At short notice provided cot and high chair making our travelling easier. During our stay she left me a couple of informative messages. We had a wonderful time and would recommend Julie and her apartment anytime. Thank you.

“A real home from home”

Stayed at 2 Rossie place with friends whilst in Edinburgh watching the six nations game this weekend.

The apartment was very well presented, with everything that we needed for our stay. Julie, the owner had even left a few provisions (milk and teabags) as she knew we wouldn't be arriving until very late at night. She was there to meet us when we arrived and to show us around, and gave us some good advice on the local area (transport etc).

The city centre was about 20 minutes walk, or a hop on the bus, so the location was great.

If I ever need an apartment in Edinburgh again in the future, be it with friends of family, I would definitely look to stay in 2 Rossie Place. Thank you Julie.
