“Cosy en comfortable stay, everything you need!”

Real cosy and tidy apartment in the heart of Edingburgh. The owner is very helpful and desribes exactly where it is situated. Also nice tips on food & drinks & sightseeing in Edingburgh. Really nice powerful shower. Loved it!

“A hidden gem !”

Stayed in this amazing apartment for two nights , as my husband had managed to get tickets for the 6 nations at murrayfield - England v Scotland. We have stayed many times in this city previously in hotels - but this apt is in a fantastic location just off the Royal Mile . Beautifully furnished , compact and cosy - we loved it especially the extra homely touches - a bottle of fizz, fresh milk, biscuits , tea and coffee on arrival . Unfortunately we didn't meet the owners as they were away that weekend but their property is a hidden gem . All credit to them for such a lovely apartment in a great location - we particularly loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom as it was a fairly chilly wkd in Edinburgh especially as the game was a teatime kick off ! Thank you - we will be back

“Perfection”
Reviewed 2 February 2016 for a stay in December 2015

We stayed here in early December 2015 for a short break. We met the owners on arrival, Sandra and David, they are lovely people.
The apartment is exceptionally clean and well equipped. There was a welcome pack, milk tea bags coffee biscuits butter and marmalade ... and a bottle of fizz!!!
Warm apartment with lots of hot water. Comfortable bed with quiet bedroom overlooking the garden and Calton Hill. Excellent location.
Due to the floods we were unable to get home... all transport was cancelled and Sandra and David really helped us out of a tight spot. I told you they are lovely people!!
We would love to return.

This is a lovely little flat in an excellent location, far enough down the Royal Mile to avoid most of the pub noise but close enough to be walkable at the end of the night.
We had a wonderful stay and the flat is well equipped.

The bed is comfy, as is the sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed and the cupboards were well stocked with tea and coffee.
