A cheeky wee overnight stay at Easter and we're surprisingly good. The check in was easy and our room was an executive room with really nice decor, huge bed, bathrobes, slippers,. The room was on ground floor next to front of hotel car park but we heard nothing from outside, the windows were well glazed. The toiletries were excellent and has
D good choice of coffees, teas etc. We were on a DBB deal and the food was lovely. Breakfast, although fraught for the staff, was surprisingly good and I think her name was Fiona, who had only been there a few weeks, was very helpful on the bar in the evening and also serving at breakfast. Although she was very busy still had time for a wee laugh with us. Keep up the good work guys and we will see you again.

Clean, no bad smell, good service, big parking. But furniture, bathroom equipment is a bit too simple. Flooring and seeling is without proper insulation, you can hear what is hapenning in the room above. Water supply and canalisation systems work very loudly. I liked classical radiator heating system.

Another fabulous evening in the hands of the hotel team, with a taste tantalising dinner experience thanks to Chef. Salmon was exquisite, and dessert raised a smile when Forbes, turns out to be bigger in that department.... Great wine, food, service, and welcome as always.

We were pleasantly surprised by the Links, having booked it with modest expectations. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We were in a modern room with a balcony, which couldn't be faulted. Breakfast was wholesome. We didn't have an evening meal and so can't comment on the standard of food generally.
Would certainly recommend it.

Very nice hotel. I had one of the new rooms which is very nice! Modern room, modern bathroom, the shower was great. Water, coffee, chocolate, cappuccino, biscuits in the room... The bathroom had everything you'd need. From the shampoo & conditioner to toothbrush and toothpaste, shaving kit, sewing kit, beauty kit.... I even had a night kit!
The restaurant though, it's ok... the food I had was great but just a bit old fashioned and not my type of menu.. but that's just taste. Apart from that it was great!!

Room Tip: New refurb rooms.
