Dining as a couple, we LOVED our first time here last week at Bistro Verde. We were greeted by a friendly waitress, who made great conversation about various activities we can do within the city, as a visitor this was very warming to us. The restaurant was quieter than we expected however had a great atmosphere. We wanted to try majority of the menu but was recommended to try the scallops and the tagliatelle by our server. GREAT choice. We enjoyed the visit so much, that we came back with friends at the weekend, where we tried the venison and steak. The best we have ever had, for a fish restaurant, we were surprised at the standard in which both dishes were. Will be back when visiting aberdeen for sure, a must try!

By far my number 1 place to go in Aberdeen - cannot be missed! Comfortable seating, amazing staff willing to cater to even the most difficult of requests, that by the way most other quite restaurants simply refuse. A huge thank you again to Lisa, Leanne, Clovie and all of the kitchen team.
In terms of prices I don’t understand how you could complain about a 2 course lunch for under £14!! Unusual to find somewhere that is equally as good for a quick meal in your lunch hour as it is for a family meal with 8 other people!
The food itself is beyond amazing, so fresh and every flavour working together perfectly!
Bistro Verde team, you are great!!

We came in for lunch. The lady there is a bit too much.... We opted for the cod for our lunch which was OK, but a bit bland and lacking texture. Some al dente veggies would be nice with it. House white is tasty.

Upon entry to the restaurant, the hostes/server made you feel at home thus settling the tone for a lovely meal. The soup, Cullen skink, was delicious thick and smokey. Monk fish was cooked perfectly. Sticky toffee excellent. Only praise for BistroVerde.
