“A lovely place to stay”

We have just returned from a long weekend. This apartment is super, it was clean, modern well equipped and is in a truly excellent location. Situated close to the Titanic experience and local amenities we really could have not asked for more. Denver made contact with us to arrange to let us in and checked to see if all was ok. A late check in and check out was arranged with the minimum of fuss and we will be return at some point in the future.

“Good quality comfortable accomodation within easy walking of the Titanic Quarter and the City Centre.”

Absolutely brilliant accomodation as an alternative to a hotel stay. Accomodation is good quality and comfortable. Easy walking to all the the major attractions and on the main Tour Bus route. Secure, underground parking. Excellent grocery store just around the corner that also does hot, takeaway food (great for breakfast!). There is also an 'honesty' cafe around the corner that has a brilliant atmosphere. Denver was easy to reach at all times and very helpful.

Liked best: Comfort, quality and location.
Liked least: Being an apartment you do need to transfer your luggage from the underground car park to the accomodation - there is a lift.

“Absolutely fabulous in every way”

We stayed in Denver's apartment Saturday to Tuesday in May with our 18 year old son, we all commented how comfortable the beds were and how spotlessly clean the apartment was.
Only a short walk into the centre to meet our tour guides for Game of Thrones, Giants Causeway and we also visited the Titanic Museum which is only 2 minutes walk. The Honesty Café is a must with lovely coffee and cakes.
Denver met us early Saturday morning and let us put our luggage in his car as we arrived at 8am but the apartment wasn't available till 2pm, this was great for us we went sight seeing without our luggage, also on leaving he let us leave the luggage till we went home.
Belfast has the most friendly, honest and kind people that we have met, we will definitely return and cannot recommend the apartment enough, wonderful in every aspect....Thank you Denver for making our stay so memorable.

“Great place to stay in Belfast”
Reviewed 19 December 2014 for a stay in December 2014

Denver was there as promised even though the flight was slightly delayed and we arrived after 7 pm. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all that you require for a short break. I especially loved the music system, walk in shower room in the master bedroom, full cooking facilities and the 2 balconies, 1 in the lounge and the other in the master bedroom. This photos on Tripadvisor do not do it justice. It's really lovely. I would recommend anyone visiting Belfast to book this apartment. I will certainly be back next year.

“Comfort, style and good memories”
Reviewed 8 November 2014 for a stay in October 2014

I rented the apartment for the Halloween weekend, as family were visiting from England. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious, with wonderful views from the balcony (especially when the rainbow appeared on our last day)

Denver, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating. He phoned me during our stay, to check everything was okay. I thought that was very kind of him.

There was plenty of space for 4 of us, with a comfy fold out bed for my niece. My brother uses a wheel chair at times, and I was very pleased at the ease at which we could come and go using the elevator.. and also the spacious open plan layout in the apartment.

There is a shop about half a minute from the apartment, on the ground floor of the Arc building along with the wonderful honesty box Dock Cafe. You should check it out, it's a brilliant concept and the coffee is very nice. For any green tea drinkers, look out for the giant tea bag!

I am so glad we booked 9/14, to be near the fireworks display at the slipways. I like that the apartment is just across the road from PRONI (public record office). Having recently joined there, it really is a marvelous resource to have on your door step.. if you wish to trace your family history and delve into N Irish social history etc

I highly recommend this apartment, for location and comfort and a feel good taste of waterside living. Thanks again Denver :-)
