We had a friendly welcome when we arrived.

The men had a Chili set menu to share and we ordered off the a la carte. Most of the dishes were very tasty and enjoyable. The pork salad was too hot I ended up leaving half of it!

Staff were attentive but not very knowledgeable on the dishes.

We will return.

I've visited this restaurant quite a few times in the past few months with colleagues as we spent several weeks in Evesham for work.

Each time the service was friendly and the food very nice with lovely presentation. I particularly enjoyed the chicken satay and coconut rice with green curry.

The restaurant is unfortunately not wheelchair friendly - a little bridge when you come in and toilets on the first floor.

That bridge looks quaint but is a health and safety hazard as it's a bit slippery and not very good if you have the slightest mobility issues.

Other than that i like the food and I'll definitely return to the restaurant when I'll be in Evesham again.

The choice was excellent, the food was fantastic. I wouldnt have expected good deserts in a Thai restaurant but they were fantastic. It was also very good value for money.

We have eaten at this restaurant in the past but not since the refurbishment. We were a party of six celebrating an engagement. We were given a large round table in the front part of the restaurant in a prominent location which usually means attentive service. Although the table was a good size the chairs were too low and therefore uncomfortable for eating. This was a minor issue and we all had excellent meals with the usual artistic presentation. Our main complaint is that the service was very poor and totally unlike our previous experiences. We felt that the drinks waiter was very pushy, the waitresses surly and disinterested and the dessert trolley was cleared away before we were asked if we would like to order.

It’s a real shame as the refurbishment is of a good quality and the WCs are certainly much improved. Our celebration was marred by the quality of the overall experience, no one greeted us or seemed to be responsible for our table, we were pressurised to order wine, no one asked us if everything was alright with our meal and the staff cleared away the desert without asking us if we wished to order. We felt that we were being encouraged to leave which was only 10.00pm on a Saturday evening.

We would eat here again but not recommend it for a special occasion.

Firstly the four marble steps at the entrance needs a grab rail, quite steep and would be lethal if wet. Secondly the decor inside is stunning but the bridge over the Koi pool was very slippery and even a friend with no mobility issues struggled in her heels ( may be they could carpet it or not have a hump bridge but a straight one.) it spoilt the evening for a friend with a serious mobility problem, staff didn't indicate any other entrance/exit. If you are in a wheelchair forget it.

The food was delicious but yes as others have said the price of the wine makes you gulp!

Thank Susan H
