The staff were hard working and friendly on a busy weekend but there didn't seem to be much management or guidance for them. For example, order a liqueur coffee and the milk arrives in a jug, no cream floating on top or much flavor to the coffee. They didn't charge us. Fruit salad at breakfast but with a serving spoon that allowed the juice through the holes in it. These are just a couple of examples. The barman at Jacksons was run off his feet and still managed to be friendly but he was trying to train staff on a very busy weekend. The location was very good.
