A big room that looked out over the river. Clean and functional but its all a wee bit tired. We ate dinner in the restaurant - big portions of hearty food with enthusiastic staff (who were mostly untrained). Same for breakfast - including the best omelette I have ever been served in England.

We stayed for one night as a stop over on our way back from Cornwall. The hotel is in a lovely position facing the river, just a short walk from the town centre. We spent the afternoon walking round the town, which had some lovely olde world pubs and ended up with a pleasant walk by the side of the river. We had a meal in the hotel in the evening, which was really good and the added bonus was it was "half price" steak night! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Northwick Hotel, a grade 2 listed building, it was perfectly located for exploring Evesham and the surrounding area. The hotel was clean and comfortable, our room was large and well appointed with ample storage space and a large bathroom en-suite with a deep bath and hot shower. The staff were cheerful, polite and helpful and showed great consideration to a fellow guest with limited mobility.
We arrived late on the Friday just as they were shutting down the restaurant but were happy to keep it open long enough for us to have a full range of choice from the menu. We both elected to have fish and chips which was very fresh and tasty, another evening my husband had the steak which was cooked exactly as requested and I had the pulled pork burger which was very tasty. Breakfasts were cooked fresh to order with the full English being on offer as well as omelettes and American style pancakes with bacon and maple syrup, there was also a range of cereals, yogurts and fruit each day.
If staying in the area again we would certainly rebook here.

Room Tip: No lifts, but there are downstairs rooms if mobility is a problem

Good location for the town and surrounding area, also for a nice walk along the river.
Good size room, and large bathroom with lovely soft white towels. Breakfast was plentiful and if you had a cooked breakfast lovely and hot.
It's an old building and our floorboards creaked, but the décor is nice and there is a nice lounge, restaurant and bar area.

Room Tip: If you don't want to hear the traffic then ask for a room at the back

We had a good experience here. Stayed overnight for a party just outside Evesham. Good experience on check in. Room was large and comfortable. We stayed in room 20 and had a double and 2 singles which was perfect for us. A view of the car park which was a shame but not too bad.

Room was comfortable but a little tired. Did not bother us too much though as we were only staying for a night.

Breakfast was lovely! Lots of fruit and bread and croissants to help yourself and then choice of hot breakfast from a menu.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend as a good base to explore Evesham.
