Excellent friendly staff with handy venue just by the Cathedral and opposite Weatherspoons for breakfast. Was delighted to park very close for free. Bed was extremely comfortable, room quiet and showere efficient.

This Travelodge is located opposite the cathedral in the heart of town, so I was already impressed before walking through the door! Lovely clean rooms with all you need. However the thing that made our stay extra special was the staff, from the moment we arrived to leaving every one went out their way to make us feel welcomed. Even the manager Tony offered to personally clean our room after we mistakenly left the sign to ‘do not disturb’ on all day. We could tell the hotel was very busy this day but his level of service never faulted & he still went above & beyond for us. We came away sure we will be back!

Arranged a group of friends to all meet centrally and use Travelodge often this seemed like our best option and we glad we chose to meet here , hotel is a stones throw away from the Center of Chichester and our room overlooked the catherdral with 3 massive sash windows so it had good air flow ( room 123) the room was spotlessly clean and the staff couldn’t of been more helpful, printing maps, booking taxis and recommending places to visit they even arranged food to be delivered to the hotel when a few of the group came back a bit worse for wear! Downside is no on site cafe but the weatherspoons across the road is open for breakfast from 8am! Thanks for a lovely stay

We had a Bank Holiday Sunday evening here for £59 which is great value for somewhere so close to a city centre. When you walk out of the hotel you are literally a 20 second walk away from the cathedral and city centre. There is a large bar below the hotel which does some interesting food and beers and there is a Wetherspoons opposite for lots of cheap beers and food options as well if that is your thing. There are loads of other eating and drinking places within a 5 minute walk as well. The hotel does have free parking behind it so you may want to ask about parking in reception if you cannot find it otherwise you might end up spending a lot to park in a council carpark over night! The room was clean, very spacious and comfortable. The reception staff were always helpful. Would stay here again.
