Often visit... do like it but could do with a but of a revamp as looking tired and as usual the cost of treats is extortionate as with most cinemas these days. Always manage to get a good seat though and staff always helpful...

Thank feltosa

A big thank you to Angela for helping to buy tickets. I find the purchase system difficult at times and whilst struggling to buy tickets Angela was on hand to help,a credit to your business.

I took my grandchildren to watch Peter Rabbit on the 10th April but we sadly left my four year old granddaughter's little rabbit behind. Unable to contact the cinema by telephone upon our return home, my daughter in law left a message on the cinema's Facebook page. Within eight minutes of posting her plea for the toys return, the Manager, Leon, quickly replied that rabbit was sitting safely in his office and sent a photo to prove it! How speedy and impressive was this? We were incredibly relieved, as our little one has carried rabbit everywhere with her since she was a babe in arms and won't sleep without it. How many public places would bother keeping a toy? Very well done to the staff member who found it and to Sophie for her help in contacting Leon to enable our rabbit's speedy return. Fantastic customer service from good management and a great value cinema. I wouldn't go anywhere else. A footnote: I feel so sorry for the pleasant staff though, who have to clear an enormous amount of detritus and rubbish left behind by untidy customers after a screening, Come on cinema customers, take YOUR rubbish to a bin: it's easy and a decent thing to do!

Family ticket for 2 adults & 2 kids reasonably priced and cheaper than other Worcester cinemas, so worth the journey and there is free parking right outside. Seats are comfortable. Very busy on wet bank holiday weekend so long queue to collect tickets and food but this went down quite quickly.
