Bed was big and comfy
Staff were polite and welcoming
The room had everything you need for a 1 night stay but a lot smaller than expected
Noise in the morning
Overall it was a comfortable stay
Would stay here again

Arrived early, so as able to leave luggage and enjoy a bit of shopping.

Check in was smooth and friendly.

Room was on top floor overlooking the canal and Riverside bars. Room was spotless, as was the public areas of the hotel, so a great job done by the cleaning services.

Double glazed windows so was very quiet at night.

Breakfast was served to the table, usual premier Inn standard and the staff were great.

Checkout was smooth and again luggage was able to be left to enjoy the city centre before heading home.

Will be back if in Birmingham again.

Lift broken so had to walk down from level 3 repeatedly.
No on site parking - 10 minute walk from parking which isn't included.
Awful customer services. - wouldn't even lend me a plate even though other Premier Inn's are doing so.
Bar not managed - had to go to reception to order a drink.

I never post a negative review but the customer care at this place is awful.

Room tip: Don't stay here.

Perfect overnight stay with my Partner, she enjoyed it too!
Absolutely ideal lovely location.
No onsite parking but cheap parking near by! I used and parking app called your parking space, found a car park right next door to the hotel, ideal location, booked and paid for through the app, would recommend!
The hotel is situated next to the canal and is a 5 minute walk along the canal to Brindley Place, plenty of places to eat and drink from cafes, restaurants and bars! Also book to avoid disappointment! We went to Siamias, very nice Thai place, very good food! also then to the Alchemist cocktail bar! Plenty of choice
Lovely staff and a nice hotel, very comfy bed and nice rooms! The breakfast was a lovely continental option and full breakfast, you can have both or either or.
Very well priced hotel and breakfast , felt sorry for the staff as they seemed to be doing a lot but great service!
Will 100% be staying there again! Wanted to stay another night where there! Definitely recommend!

One of the better Premier Inns I have stayed at. Excellent location!
The hotel was nice and clean and the breakfast was good and plentiful.
It's a premier inn so you know what you're good.

Didn' rate this 5* because...

1) No parking on site which is disappointing
2) Complicated temperature gauge in the room. Given the recent heat wave it was tough sleeping!

Would stay again however.
