Reception staff were the best thing about our visit.
Avoid the "Impressions Room" because it is anything but impressive and poor value at £210 for room only.
This is the most bizarrely decorated hotel in which I have had the misfortune of staying.
£27 for a large G&T and one large glass of wine made Mayfair look decidedly good value.
Take a wide birth!

Room Tip: I wouldn't stay here as the decor is weird and the decoration shabby

Such lovely hotel. I've only stayed there once and did get an upgrade but loved everything about it. Such stylish boutique hotel, amazing design and the best down duvet I've ever seen in a hotel.

Breakfast was also completely a different league to most other chain hotels.

Throughout the stay I felt completely taken care of, and wished I could have stayed longer!

We arrived here around 1.30 p.m and asked if lunch was available not having bookedThe answer was yes and we were quickly shown to a table where our drinks order was taken while we viewed the menu. The choice was quickly made it was nice to see such a varied menu.
The food arrived quickly and was wonderful, congratulations to the staff on providing such an excellent meal it is a while since we have so enjoyed lunch. The waiting staff were pleasant and efficient I hope it's not too long before we return for another meal.

absalouty great evening spent with colleagues and could have got any better than Danny serving us and looking after us all night never had a empty glass as he would constantly ask if we was ok for drinks or kept topping us up with champagne. best night out I had in Cambridge since being here for work and would recommend everyone to go to the wingspan cocktail bar and ask for Danny to serve you as your night would be a treat:)

We stay here often, and are back in October to go to Bury's wonderful gem of a theatre.
The young concierge recognises regulars, and in line with practically everything else in this efficient hotel, welcomes you by taking care of car and luggage.
This is as you would expect in a hotel in this class.
The rooms have been slowly upgraded over the years and offer excellant value .
The only niggle is the slow service in the lounge, where the young staff if any are in attendance, can ignore you for several minutes .

Room Tip: Ask for view of Abbey
