“Class weekend away!”
Reviewed 17 July 2017 for a stay in July 2017

I cannot say enough about this place! We arrived around 10:30am on Friday 14th July 2017 and we were greated with a lovely warm welcome. We were then shown around the cottage (nap cottage) and left to it The cottage was plenty big enough for my partner , myself and our pug however I am 5'9 and my partner is 6'2 and he did hit his head a few times on the door frame into the kitchen and the shower was also a tight squeeze but it will not stop us going again! Nap cottage was lovely set out, clean & tidy on arrival ☺️ The garden was absolutely perfect for our dog and was secure, however if your dog does wander off they can get to the road (my dog doesn't wander off) there is also a huge enclosed field where you can take dogs and let them off lead for a run if needed! There's a gorgeous farm shop (butchers) about a 15 minute walk where they do fantastic meats- we enjoyed steak one night and a beautiful selection of sausages and bacon for breakfast. Not far to drive into Glastonbury too if you need food supplies there's a Tesco & a brewers fair for food! It's around a 45/50 minutes drive to the beach but definitely recommend going. My dog loved it!
We will be returning again next year & I really cannot recommend this place enough Absolutely spot on!

Thanks for your review - we are so sorry your partner hit his head on the door beam to the kitchen - we are aware the beam is low and that is why we have a warning sign on it but perhaps we need to draw more attention to it! It's always lovely to see guests enjoying the garden and dogs enjoying the freedom of the paddock. We will be delighted to welcome you back to Sleepy Hollow next year.

“Beautiful”
Reviewed 1 April 2017 for a stay in April 2017

We had a wonderful stay with our two kids in leep cottage. It was lovely, warm and clean and a great base for exploring. Cath and Trevor were so lovely to deal with. On arrival there was a fresh apple pie waiting for hungry children! Great value for money. Would definitely recommend it!

“Great family friendly place to stay ”
Reviewed 10 March 2017 for a stay in March 2017

We stayed at Leep Cottage over a weekend and found the place to be clean, welcoming and ideal for a young family. It's quiet spot but perhaps not whilst we were there.

The booking process was simple and owners provided great directions and were very helpful.

Good value for money too.

“Excellent country retreat, with everything you could need.”
Reviewed 5 January 2017 for a stay in December 2016

We had a lovely couple of days in Somerset at Sleepy Hollow. We rented two cottages for 6 of us and it worked really well. Plenty of utensils and basics were provided. Trevor and Cath were very friendly and helpful. There are lots of lovely walks in the area and places to visit.
