Booked this apartment for our friends 60th birthday celebration weekend, it was perfect! Fantastic location with views across the Royal Crescent and a short walk into town. Apartment is spacious, warm, comfortable and VERY clean!

We stayed here for 5 nights. It is a beautifully presented apartment, furnished to a high standard, with a wonderful view of the Georgian Crescent and the Park. The back looks onto some very nicely kept allotments.
The owner provides a lovely welcome pack and there are clear instructions for everything in a folder. There's a parking permit for on street parking outside the building.
There are two bedrooms, one made up as a double and the other as a twin. The double has an en suite bathroom.
When we arrived some bulbs were out, but we reported this and they were fixed before we returned to the apartment that afternoon.
We had a further issue relating to the mobility of my mother, and the owner could not have been more helpful and kind.
The apartment is ideally situated for exploring Bath and we would definitely return here again.

Used Bath holiday rentals several times for stays in Bath. Apartment is in a good location easy walk from centre. Pleasant having the Circus so voles and the Paarl.
