Full feathered, serious mattresses and pillows in a rich, Victorian style chintzy room. Catch the view from a front of building bedroom before it disappears as a new housing development is happening on the other side of the road. Small stoney "garden" at the back but private and quiet. Some way out of town but a nice bus ride.
Breakfast was the Biz.....so much fruit to challenge even the staunchest veggie..........wonderful!

Room tip: Front for the disappearing view, back for block out.

Wow what a find. Came across this place by chance when looking for somewhere to stay overnight for a family occasion. Warm welcome. Very qwerky place. Lovely room. Couldn't fault it. Other half would have liked a full english breakfast but lots of choice of fruit, cereals, toast, waffles, crumpets etc. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Just what we hoped an English B&B experience would be like. Clean room, friendly service, great breakfast. Our only disappointment was that the hotel was not open for dinner on the Sunday night but our host recommended a hotel within walking distance and the food was fabulous.
Highly recommended

It's a great accommodation bit disappointing to find the bar closed all yesterday afternoon and last night - we were in the centre of Bath having a few drinks and my partner Dave wanted a sit in the bar of the forester and flower having a few drinks so came back around half nine to find it closed!

My husband and I didnt stay here but did come here for dinner. Wow what a fantastic place. There are really comfy lounges to sit on. The landlady/publican was amazing. She is so welcoming and full of ideas and information regarding Bath. Food was great and the musician playing was first class. Would highly recommend an evening here.
