Dear Ibis-Team,Thank you very much for your friendly and helpful service. You were trying to assist your guests as much as possible. However, I must mention one incident that disturbed me a little. Although I am a smoker I not only respect but fully understand the no-smoking rules inside the buildings. It is only fair and reasonable to protect non-smokers and not impose something on people they did not choose to do. Having said that, at your hotel, I, as a smoker, on the other hand felt very much like a general problem. The purpose of smoking-ban is protection and fairness. Hence, I do not understand why I had to leave the hotel-terrain while already being outside the hotel. This reminded me less of a smoking problem than rather of a different time given that I did not affect anyone with the smoke. However, this was just a surprising experience. I am sure the staff was simply not aware of the implausible request. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, thank you More
