We stayed here for one night this week. The hotel lobby is lovely, very Scandinavian and quirky looking. We stayed in one of the loft rooms and it was so unbelievably hot up there, even with the window open we were both boiling, there isn’t any air con or a fan. Unable to sleep with the window open as it was too noisy outside with it open. The room itself was lovely, the bed was really hard though and had a thick winter duvet on adding to the intense heat of the room.
The view overlookedthe museum gardens and it was lovely in there. Not too far from the centre. The room has a fridge and nespresso machine. Little jars of sweets which was a lovely touch.
Another con was the rain shower, it didn’t have any attachment to use as a normal shower and no shower caps were provided so I had to have a bath unless I wanted to drench my long hair which I didn’t. Seemed like a massive waste of water to me. Room comes complete with the cowshed products but it 100% needs to provide shower caps for those not wanting to wash their hair daily.
Staff were friendly and kept outr bags after check out. The WiFi was really good. Lovely furry rugs in the room.More
