“Stay at St Hilda's Cottage, WHITBY”
Reviewed 14 September 2014 for a stay in September 2014

Lovely place, very quiet spot. Not too far to walk into town centre. Parking right outside which is a good thing. Ray was very welcoming. Thanks for the cake.

“Lovely apartment in a great location!”
Reviewed 8 September 2014 for a stay in September 2014

Stayed here for five days at the start of September. I really have no flaws to mention. It's positioned really close to the town centre (and Ray, the owner, was very helpful in directing us), it was comfy and clean. There were even some little personal touches such as tea/coffee, homemade cake and towel men! I would definitely recommend this to a friend, it's a fab place to stay.
The only things that were missing were some scissors in the kitchen and wifi access would have been great. However, given the price, this isn't really a problem and did not detract from our stay.

“Totally awful”

Upon reaching St. Hilda's Mr Ray Green was very welcoming. The place overall looked clean and well presented. Unfortunately there was a strong smell of damp that enveloped the holiday let. Although there were 3 air fresheners and we opened windows it was very invasive. As it was making me feel very ill we sadly decided to return home before the end of our holiday term.

“wonderful whitby”
Reviewed 1 September 2014 for a stay in August 2014

Just returned from a lovely warm and sunny weekend in Whitby. Its our 6th visit at these apartments we have been visiting since 2009 and highly recommend them. Fab location and the lovely Ray, its always a pleasure to have a catch up and sample the cake he leaves for his guests.
Apartment is cosy and clean . The new apartment has fantastic views and is beautifully done. Will be returning for many years to come .
