I've stayed here twice now. The decor is very smart, very modern and well designed. The normal rooms are the usual budget brand size (small) but the design does well to make use of the available space. The staff are excellent.

The last time I stayed there I was 'upgraded' to a disabled room. The first thing I noticed about this was that there are 3 stairs between the lift and the door of the room. It may not have been the only disabled room, perhaps they don't use this one as a disabled room. It was obviously a cock-up by the architect. That said the room was enormous, easily big enough for a wheelchair. There was also a huge wet room, beautifully kitted out.

Booked this hotel for a 1 night stay with a party of 5 for a wedding. Requested early check in and the staff were so accommodating to arranging this for us. Rooms were extremely clean!!, modern and the family room was very spacious. The housekeeping staff turned the room around very quickly and to a high standard for our early check in. We were also well accommodated in the reception area by the staff until our rooms were ready in particular Joanna and Fazana whom were extremely helpful with all our queries. The overnight stay was comfortable especially with the smart TV!! Breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice. Staff on breakfast kept it clean, tidy and well stocked up. Altogether this made a great experience especially by the staff who were so attentive. Would definitely recommend! Thank you.

Room Tip: Rooms at back of the hotel are quieter.

This hotel was fab. Staff were so friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Joanna and her team were so helpful at check in and the morning guys were equally professional and happy to help. The family room we stayed in was big and very well laid out. The beds were cosy and comfy. Loved everything about this hotel Thanks guys.

A very modern Holiday Inn Express not far from central London or Heathrow, suitable for business or pleasure!
With modern, well appointed rooms with ironing facilities and wifi!
Close to local shops and attractions.
Only downside, they do not have their own parking area.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. We're pleased you liked our location and that you noticed the 4th generation HIEX layout of our rooms. We do apologize about the parking, but if in future you do decide to stay with us again (we certainly hope so), then please bear in mind you can always park in Dean Gardens car park. It's only a 2 minute walk away from our hotel and its used by most of our guests.

This is a relatively new hotel close to West Ealing station. I asked for a quiet room and got one on the first floor facing the light well. The room was very comfortable, well equipped and quiet although it did not get much natural light. This didn't bother me too much since I was out most of the day. However, if I were to come again I would request a room on a higher floor.
Staff were excellent and generally attentive. Breakfast was included with a good range of options. I particularly liked the bean to cup coffee machine which made great cappuccino.
