We had a great experience here. There are so many positives. There are also some things to be aware of for planning purposes.

Positives:
1) The staff is uniformly professional and friendly. Both the desk staff, Medhi, Oulaya, and Buddha, and the cleaners.
2) The location is nearly perfect. It’s right across from Puddington station so getting to/from Heathrow is easy. So is getting the tube or national rail. There are many restaurants nearby. The area also has a lot of tourists so there are many conveniences for tourists nearby. Hyde Park is less than three quarters of a mile away (around one kilometer.)
I walked extensively but my friend and I also tube hopped a lot, too.
3) It’s very clean. The rooms and the corridors.
4) The rooms have all of the necessities provided. Hair dryers, regular towel changes, a mini fridge, a safe, etc. Beds are comfy.
5) It’s quiet despite being in central London and near Paddington.
6) It’s safe. You need a key card to open the lobby door.
7) The hotel will hold your cases for you for free if you arrive prior to check in time.

Planning Purposes:
1) It’s a micro hotel. One of many on the street.
2) It’s adorable with well fitted up rooms but they are small. If you buy things you really have to think about where to place them. Cases can go under the beds.
3) There’s no elevator and the steps are a bit steep. The staff helps with cases 100% though. They’ll get them up and down for you.
4) There’s a laundromat just down the way.

Negative:
1) The only oddity to us was the lack of basins in the corridor baths. They have a toilet and a shower stall but no easy place to wash your hands.

This place was close walking distance to the Paddington station, making it easy to reach from Heathrow, and convenient for our train ride the next day. Medhi, who greeted us warmly when we checked in, made sure our bags were taken up the stairs to our room, and insisted on having them carried down for us when we checked out also. We arrived during an unexpected heat wave, and he offered to upgrade us to an air-conditioned room for only 10 pounds more. He was also very helpful suggesting places to eat. He seemed like making his guests happy and comfortable was a true priority.
The room was TINY - barely any space to place our luggage and still walk around, and the bathroom was minuscule. (I joked that we could pee, wash our hands, and shower without changing position) But the bathroom was new/modern and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the AC was SO appreciated!
It was definitely tight quarters (there was a small clothing rack right above the coffee maker, so I had to move the clothes to heat the water. It would have been difficult and claustrophobic to stay there for a long period of time, but for the one night we were there, it was perfectly sufficient. And the room was very quiet.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel so that I could do a bit of sightseeing. It is in the most incredibly convenient position.
I had a double room (G01) which gave plenty of room for me traveling solo. The room was clean, looked out over a quiet inside courtyard and had two opening windows. I appreciated the ironing board, and the small fridge was an unexpected addition. The room was at the rear of the property so there was a comforting rumble form the nearby Metropolitan Line trains. My only disappointment was to find that the double mattress was sagging a bit on one side, but as I had the bed to myself I just switched sides!

A special shout-out to the excellent staff who make this hotel such a pleasure to stay in. Oula made excellent suggestions where to eat and was able to help me navigate round the city.

Stayed here after a week in another hotel due to a few shenanigans when booking; but all that aside, this was a lovely hotel and probably better than the other if i am honest. Staff were extrememly friendly, kind,a nd informative letting me know of key places to see and eat in the area and even taking my bag up to my room because I checked in late but arrived at the hotel quite early. A budget option, like many central London hotels, so if you go in knowing what you're getting, you can't really complain!!

Perfect location within a couple of minutes from Paddington Station and a pleasant 10 minutes walk to Hyde Park. We didn’t not need to take the tube all weekend as we were able to walk to Buckingham Palace and other London tourist attractions. For the price, this hotel is perfect, clean and most of all, the staff are so very friendly and helpful. We were greeted by Mehdi with such a friendly manner, she could not do enough for us. Buddha did the night shift and was equally friendly and chatty and then in the morning Oulaya took over and saw to it that our baggage was safely stored while we were able to spend the day in London before our late afternoon train home. The staff totally made this hotel what it is, a small, friendly and intimate hotel. We would thoroughly recommend staying here.
