Great hotel. Very close to Paddington Station. Lovely warm welcome from all the staff. Very helpful staff who were always willing to assist. Room was very clean and comfortable. Rooms are compact but are functional. Happy customer and would definitely return.

Fantastic hotel, staff were so so friendly and accommodating! Perfect stay for our show at Wembley 🤗💕😍 great location 📍10/10 would recommend! The girl at reception was very attentive and lovely to all of our group :) a very pleasant experience in London!!
The hotel's location is ideal for getting around quickly, it's literally 2 minutes away from Paddington station which also makes it easily accessible from Heathrow Airport. The rooms are as discribed, i noticed the rooms were very clean! The staff was helpful and very friendly, especially Mehdi, they all gave us recommendations regarding restaurants or how to find the best routes to go sightseeing. I'd recommend asking for a second duvet as there's only one in the room initially but i think that standard for London and depends on personal preference. I'd definetely book here again if i ever come back to London!
