Had a great stay for one night. Conan, Mehdi and Oulaya were very helpful and nice. No elevator but the staff helped me to carry the luggage. The room was small but typical, cozy and very clean. Definitely will recommend and return to this hotel next time I visit.

I took my 6year old daughter to London for a birthday treat and booked the Tudor Court hotel for its location. It is a 2 minute walk from Paddington station and very close to restaurants and shops. We booked a compact double, which as described is small, but has everything you need and suited us perfectly. The best thing about this hotel is its customer service, with a special mention to Mehdi. He asked us where we were heading and told us the best way to get there, offering better alternatives to what I had planned. He was great with my daughter, she looked forward to seeing him when we got back to tell him about our day! I will definitely recommend this hotel, and will stay again when we next visit London.

To give some context my stay was complicated by the fact that I had mistakenly made a reservation for two instead of three - Connan made arrangements so my family was able to get a room for the two nights we planned on staying. Additionally, I also had too many pieces of luggage because I was in the middle of the translantic move as well and this hotel stay was stop between that. They helped transferring the luggage between rooms and moving the items from the street to the hotel reception. They were also incredibly meticulous about any items we left behind and made sure that we didn't leave anything behind.

Every single staff we met at the hotel was incredible friendly. Six stars if I was allowed to do so.

Of course just as the other reviews mentioned the bottom floors might be loud, but sound doesn't bother me as much as light so I had no issues - I think having ear plugs would be fine. Thank you to Mehdi and Connan again for making our stay exceptionally wonderful!
