Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful! We spoke to Buddha a few times and she was wonderful to talk to. Mehdi was also very polite and made the check out process very easy. The hotel was recently renovated and we had a very spacious room. The beds were very comfortable.

We were greeted and helped mostly by Mehdi. He was so knowledgeable and helpful! The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was small but we knew that going in from other reviews so it was fine. Great location near Paddington station and great staff.
Room tip: There are a lot of stairs and the bathrooms are small but workable.

The hotel was well appointed and within walking distance to Paddington train station. Although the hotel didn’t have a lift, Mehdi at the reception desk was extremely quick to grab our luggage and take them to our room on the third floor. We have experienced less than helpful front desk staff in our travels and Mehdi exceeded our expectations. He is definitely an asset to the Tudor Court!

This London hotel, which was two homes in the 800s, was delightful, mainly because of how friendly and help the staff was. The owner and all of his employees were simply wonderful and it was fun to stay in this charming hotel. The room and bathroom were very small but very nicely appointed and very comfortable. It is also within easy walking distance from Paddington Station. I would recommend it highly!

We chose this small hotel for one reason. 1) lower price for similar room accomodations for a two night stay. We did not expect the most helpful staff in all of London. They were most helpful with the information we needed on how to get around our first trip to London. The neighborhood has a very diverse restaurant scene. The clerks were able to tell us the great from the average. The subway is a block away and the trains do rumble the building. They stop running at midnight. A bit annoying but not a deal breaker.
Bathroom was extremely clean and good pillows on comfortable beds.
