“Great location for London exploration!”

This flat in Primrose Hill was a perfect location for our family's London holiday trip. The two bedrooms are separated and quiet and two baths made an easy time for our family of 4. Kate and Elle were prompt and had even included welcome treats for our arrival. It is a 5 min walk from the Chalk Farm tube stop, so we could quickly get around London. There are a number of pubs within walking distance, as well as a small store where we could buy supplies for breakfast and snacks for the week. It was well heated, well furnished and tidy. Highly recommended!

“Perfect London home away from home”

We arrived at the flat tired and jet lagged after 24 hours of travel from Vancouver Island B.C. to be met by our lovely, friendly and helpful landlord Kate to welcome us to the flat. Kate had been in contact from the minute we landed at Gatwick with help for us on how to get to the flat and directions to give the taxi driver as well. Everything was perfect, clean and bright with all you needed for a comfortable stay in London. There was a lovely welcome pack of bread, butter, milk and a bottle of wine, so welcoming after a very long journey. There was also tea, coffee, hot chocolate and various other cooking items and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc. The flat itself was spacious with plenty of room for the 3 of us to spread out, husband, adult son and myself. Internet was great and the bathrooms though small were clean and it was great to have 2! The beds were ever so comfortable and warm and there were plenty of pillows and an extra duvet if needed. The area of Camden is lovely and quiet though just a quick pretty stroll along the canal to get to the hub of the market. The tube station Chalk Hill was a short journey over a bridge and down a lovely tree lined street to the flat. Very easy to get to anywhere in London that one wanted to visit. The walk to Primrose Hill is easy thru a lovely high street with loads of restaurants and pubs along the way. We hopefully will be back one day to try and accomplish all the things we missed in London!

“Perfect peaceful hideaway in charming Primrose Hill”
Reviewed 29 April 2015 for a stay in March 2015

I loved my stay in this flat - was here for nearly 4 weeks and it was so lovely to come "home" after a busy day in London to this quiet, comfortable apartment. I found everything needed for comfort and convenience: excellent beds, wonderful showers, laundry facilities, and best of all - access to a private garden complete with outdoor furniture.
The neighborhood is almost completely residential so it's quiet and very walkable - but shops and restaurants and transportation are all just minutes away. And even though there was construction going on in the neighborhood (as indeed there is all over London) the flat was well-insulated from street noise.
Everything was immaculately kept - gleaming white sheets and towels, polished floors, sparkling kitchen and bathrooms. The housekeeper came twice while I was there and paid attention to every little detail.
I can't say enough for the kindness and professionalism of the owner, who answered my millions of questions, offered helpful suggestions and did everything to make my stay a very pleasant one. I would happily recommend this flat to anyone who wants to live the life of a Londoner for a while and enjoy the charms and benefits of being at home in Primrose Hill.

“Good apartment in a safe and quiet neighbourhood”

The apartment itself is quite well maintained with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a garden. The kitchen is a little small, but is very well equipped. The host herself is very helpful and thoughtful. She stocked up the kitchen with a few supplies before we arrived so that we wouldn't have to go shopping immediately. Slight problem with the wifi signal in the furthest bedroom. The location is amazing as well, just a 10 minute walk to Camden Town and 5 minutes to Primrose hill for the early morning jogger.
