What a lovely apartment with a balcony Highly recommended in a lovely area would definitely come back again

Our flat was in an ideal location for tourists, just a 6-minute walk from Hammersmith Station, served by three train lines. Hammersmith has various shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, and the area felt safe even at night. Most tourist spots were accessible within 15-30 minutes by train. Additionally, it was just a 10-12 minute walk to Westfield London, the city’s largest shopping mall.

The flat, a typical Victorian-style apartment, was not luxurious but clean and perfectly sized for our family of four (with a teen and a small child). It featured a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, oven, and microwave. On our first day, we noticed issues with the dishwasher and microwave, but the staff promptly replaced them. Their office was just a minute away, so they were very responsive. Housekeeping services came once a week with fresh towels and bed linens. We were very pleased with our decision to rent that flat.

Good stay / very friendly and helpful staff / will visit again / need to do some maintenance. Need better ventilation and drainage system.
