We had a two bedroom apartment and an one bedroom apartment in late August. The best about them was the location, 10 minutes walk from the Hammersmith Metro station. It was a very good neighbourhood, felt very safe even walking in the evening, a lot of nice restaurants and wine bars nearby.
The two bedroom apartment was quite nice but cannot say the same about the one bedroom one. The bed, bed linen were very good and cosy, the sitting room furniture were acceptable but the small kitchenette was very small, everything there was old and tired, the oven was the type we used in 1970s. The bathroom was so small you can hardly turn, the fitments were worn and tatty.
And, for 4 days, each one guest was provided with a bath towel, a hand towel and sharing one small tube of shampoo and bath gel between 2 people. By the time of the third day, the towel became half wet. Price wise, it was similar to a 4 stars hotels, you expect they would be a little more generous on that.
But the staff were very nice and helpful.
