First the good stuff: The location is great with the Hammersmith tube station nearby and lots of restaurants nearby. However, our apartment had constant issues with the hot water and the washing machine. The hot water didn't work at first. We were able to troubleshoot it ourselves and get it working but then it stopped again in the morning (just in time for showers!). We called the reception desk and they responded promptly but said everything should be working okay, but it wasn't. They said they would send a maintenance person in during the day to fix it. When we got back that evening, we still had to manually reset the boiler with a pen to get hot water. This was the case for the remainder of the stay; we needed to constantly check the status of the boiler to see if it failed and when it did we had to reset it manually with a pen. We had similar issues with the washing machine. I'm sure many of their apartments are just fine but we had nothing but trouble with ours.

Very clean, quiet and well appointed. Did not realize it was a 4th floor walk-up when booked but we managed! Convenient to 2 tube station with restaurants walkable. Felt safe walking in the area even at night- as 2 older couples.

Had an excellent stay - due to a mix up our apartment had two double beds ( not ideal with 2 adult children with us) The team were superb and moved us (literally as all bags were taken for us) to an even better apartment the next morning. The team were terrific- as was the apartment and I’d definitely stay here again. Many thanks

The appartment was really well located near different stations. It was clean and we had a lot of space. The cuttlery is a bit short so we had to wash what we needed by hand. And the water pressure was a bit weak. But overall a place we can recommend easily.

A relatively spacious (for London) apartment in a top spot. The apartment has a strip of shops and restaurants right by it-so far, we have been to the wine bar, Indian, off licence, and café-all great and so handy. Poor pillows let a great place down a fraction, but lovely big towels and a comfy bed and lovely outlook make up for that. We walked our suitcase from the tube station.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the Ground Floor. The apartment was nice and cozy. Sofa, beds comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped - pots and plates, mugs and even had the dish wash soap. The bay window was great to sit and look outside. The apartment has heaters in all rooms but no AC. There was a washer cum dryer and dishwasher. There was a fridge and separate freezer unit which was great.
The cleaning and change of towels is only once a week. As we stayed for 8 days we had one cleaning service in between. You will need to plan accordingly.
The front office is a couple of houses away but people there were responsive to our needs. We were given 2 keys which was quite useful.
The locality is beautiful and quiet. The tree lined street is nice for strolls. And there are shops right next door if you need to grab milk or bare essentials. Hammersmith and Goldhawk stations are both 10 mins away and we loved walking there each day. The station has many shops and Tesco is good for everything you need. We could not have asked for a better place to stay while in London and will definitely recommend.
