Very nice and comfortable room, light and good size. About the price can be more cheaper but on the end of experience... I will say that even price it's okay! About food honestly it's quiet poor. But we don't mind because we never have a meal there. On the end was nice experience.

We stayed in a triple studio and the price was quite a steal given that this is London. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The only complaint was that the air conditioning was broken the entire time we were there, and it was quite a warm summer so opening the windows did not help. Not to mention that they had huge lights on the balcony right outside our room (to light up the sign of the hotel we assume), so our room was particularly stuffy. My mom complained of a headache afterwards. It would have been a nice stay if not for this experience.

The room was super small, but has everything you would need. Even a washing machine. Bars on the window was not the most beautiful thing, but to be fair for the price we paid (£95), in central London, amazing location- I consider us very lucky. Hotel is very modern and nicely decorated. Stuff super friendly. So perfect deal.

Stayed here while attending a course for 3 nights. Arrived after dark and took a wee while to find the hotel, and the reception was closed but night staff let me in. Kitchen was well- equipped so good for self catering, although there are many restaurants within a few minutes walk. Really convenient location- tube station, shops, supermarkets and restaurants all very close. Decor is a little faded around the edges- hallway artificial flowers very dusty and old looking! Bed was comfy and it was good value.

We stayed 6 nights in a cosy Double Studio apartment. It has a reasonably equipped kitchen with stovetop microwave fridge dishwasher and utensils. However no tea and coffee supplies at all. You need to get those supplies from one of the 4 supermarkets close by. There is a washing machine in the closet with detergent supplied and a dryer on 3rd floor The bathroom is a bit pokey, but that’s London. It is in a lovely quiet location just a block or so away from Queensway. It is also handy to Paddington Station (GBP 7 taxi ride) so very convenient for Heathrow Express.
Close by there are four supermarkets on Queensway including one good sized Tesco. It is close to Queensway and Bayswater underground stations with access to 3 lines (maybe 10 minutes walk) and excellent bakery along the way. There is only a weekly clean/service unless you want to pay GBP 30 + VAT However you can ask reception to arrange clean towels as needed.
The staff are friendly and very helpful and they have good umbrellas to lend to guests- these came in very handy
I recommend the hotel and will stay there again
