I booked the hotel through Delta.com after booking my flight to London. The reservation didn’t mention that you have to arrive when the front desk is open; I was informed by the front desk that their hours are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Maybe not even 6. When the front desk is closed, it is closed. Housekeeping only comes once a week, so you are on your own for keeping your room tidy. You’ll quickly come to realize what kind of hotel guest you are by how well you manage to clean up after yourself. The room is quiet as were the other hotel guests, and you are in the middle of everything in the city. I tried my best to figure out how the washer/dryer unit in my room worked but I couldn’t program the dryer cycle with any sense of ease. I returned home with a suitcase full of clothes more moist than dry. If you need a place to stay in London without breaking the bank, Space Apart will fit the bill.

Good staff, neat, spacious - premium double, functional amenities.
I had an issue with my washing machine/dryer but a spare was made available at an easily accessible central floor.
Overall, a very good place.

Let me start with the location: you are at a couple minutes from the bayswater underground station, basically close to everything expecially hyde park.
Staff: the personnel is exquisit, very very helpfull, informative and polite.
The rooms: wooden floors, kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave sink, induction fires, toaster, kattle, cutlery.
The bathroom has a nice modern shower, there is also a small desk woth two chairs and a tv with dvd player.
The rooms are clean and of adequate size.
Also they can provide a crib with matress and fresh sheets.
Travelling the our baby, this was the perfect solution, you have the comforta of home away from home.
Also in most rooms you have washing machine, but there is a common washing machine for all the guests on the third floor together with the dryer.
Overall perfect experience, i highly reccomend this hotel!
