The property was in a great area: South Kensington. It was walking distance to the Natural History Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum. There were plenty of places to eat a few doors away from the flat. The flat was neat and tidy. The Tube stops, the Circle, District, and Picadilly lines, were a few steps away. Unfortunately, since the flat is on ground level, you can hear and feel the vibration from the tube. We also disliked the washer/dryer combo. Our clothes never quite got dry, although extremely wrinkled, and there was no place to hang the clothes to dry. Also note that the second bathroom is quite tiny. The kids were fine taking showers, but it may be a squeeze for an adult. The property managers were very easy to work with and were very pleasant. They accommodated our three children in the flat by leaving an air mattress. The cab driver who picked up at the airport with the keys to the property was also very nice. We were able to take the tube to the airport on our way home without any problem since the Picadilly line was so close. Overall, we were happy with the property. We would look in the same area the next time we stayed in London, just not on the ground level due to the noise from the Tube.
