My second visit to the washington.
The hotel is amazingly placed in the heart of central london.
The staff are friendly and helpful. I was fortunate enough to be upgraded to a room with more features.
The hotel could do with a 'lick of paint', by which I mean the fourth floor was showing some signs of wear and tear on the wall paper, broken door lock (the facia had fallen off) and my bathroom mirror had cracked edges. None of this effects the quality of the service or the stay. Just wear and tear as I say.
The breakfast delivered to room are delicious and if continental breakfast is included then the cost is deducted from the order.
All in all a great location, good service and good valueMore
