Great opportunity to view a great construction from the past. The place offers many attractions to visitors.

I visited the Tower of London on a Monday hoping the crowds would be less. I'm not sure how it is on the weekends but there were a ton of people milling around the Tower grounds. The tower itself held a lot of interesting information and I'd say its a good place to go if you are particularly interested in history but if not then I would save your money and google some of the info.

This was our second trip to the Tower and we loved it both times. Don’t miss the free guided Tour! The Beefeaters are both knowledgeable and funny!

Took our 2 boys to visit the Tower of London. Love how it's situated in the city with the Shard and London Eye hear as it made for a unique juxtaposition with the old and modern. Our beefeater who gave the walking tour inside was funny with full of gory stories of executions and be-headings for the boys to enjoy! During our tour, he announced the birth of Kate Middleton's baby (#3) and that was a wonderful moment to share while we were there. Kids will definitely enjoy seeing active guard members and getting to see the Crown Jewels and having an ice cream at the end of the tour.

As you know, Tower is one of the most important stop in every trip to London. The royal vault with crown jewels is the most impressive thing in there but it's still the most historical royal palace. Worth visiting as guided tour by Beefeaters or with Blue Badge Guides
