Great game, England v Indian. Unfortunately the chef was on micro meals food was ridiculously. Wouldn’t recommend paying for hospitality at all. What is wrong with a plate of food? Rather than a couple of tiny bowls of nothing? All day food disaster. Left starving

Will not be renewing my corporate membership. The 175 Suite in the new Lock Stand is a joke. Restaurant facilities are dismal. Pre-booked first three days of the Test Match. Painfully slow service anywhere from 1hr 50 mins to 2 hrs 25mins for three course lunch start to finish. Coffee never turned up on any of the three days. Completely disorganised. Trying to get a receipt for corporate entertainment expenses is beyond agonising. Waiting staff are like headless chickens running around with no direction. Front of house/Maitre’d are just a collective of stuck up, snooty, bone idle ne’er do wells that stand around in their black polyester suits and cheap shoes doing not very much of anything whilst chaos and dismal service ensues all around them.
Food is borderline palatable but at just pennies short of £50/head it represents nothing resembling value for money.
Toilet facilities are OK at the start of the day but are not serviced throughout the entire day. Used wet paper towels strewn everywhere. Dispensers mostly empty by lunchtime. Simply disgusting and smells like a high street shop doorway on a Sunday morning all too quickly.
All such a real shame for what is one of the most fantastic sporting venues in the UK. I feel sorry for all the other dedicated staff and members that endeavour tirelessly to make a day at the Kia Oval such a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Went to the test at the oval with family and friends, fantastic day out. The ground looked great especially the new stand.
Unfortunately the food outlets have gone badly wrong, between us we had pizza, fish and chips and burgers, none of which were acceptable either because say for example the pizzas were small, the quality was poor and the price was expensive.
I went to get a pie and about 2pm and they had sold out all a bit poor.
Chatting with other people sat near us the only food that was good was from the cheese on toast outlet.
I have not been here since pre covid and it was a lot better then and is no comparison to the outlets at Lords.
In future we will be taking our own food to the Oval.

Had a day at the test match on 2 September. We had a low level of hospitality package. So much was good...we were able to sit on high comfortable stools and watch the game. There was a TV set that showed the last ball after about 5 seconds just to the side. The people running the hospitality were lovely and could not have been more helpful. The refreshment were also fine. There were two things that were a tad annoying though. First that I imagine that the toilets were within the prescribed ratio for such a crowd in theory. In practice however, it was horrible. One of our party has an intermittent health problem which means they sometimes need to use the toilet at short notice. The one near us had 2 cubicles and only one was open. This can ruin a day and he was clearly stressed. This is uncivilised to say the least! The second point was one of some other spectators. A few stand to go out as the bowler is running in!! Some seem completely unaware that there are people behind them. We have no problem with people not watching the game very much. That is clearly a matter of personal choice. But we like to watch every ball and this can be frustrating to say the least. I don't have a suggestion but I wondered if drawing on nudge theory might offer a solution.

A lovely looking ground however my experience for the recent Hundred game was dreadful. We waited for 6 hours for play and in that time the communication to the public was abysmal. Also, the state of the public address system is still awful, so even is there were updates we wouldn’t have been able to hear. There were presenters doing interviews and not a single word could be heard due the poor clarity of the sound system. Come on Oval - sort this out please !!!
