I took a friend here for afternoon tea. We arrived on time and we’re given a warm welcome. Ordered our food which arrived promptly. From then on no staff member spoke to us to ask if we needed anything or if everything was satisfactory. Eventually we managed to grab someone’s attention to ask for extra tea. This arrived but still no one asked how things were or if we wanted any other drinks or good.
I was so disappointed as I had heard such great things about the place. The food was great and it’s a lovely venue but sadly the staff let it down. I shan’t be returning or recommending to others.

Always love this restaurant which is is buzzing and friendly and not too pricey for central London. Better book to get a good table - the best are by the window - because it can be a trifle noisy but wherever you sit you will both feel at home and in a cosmopolitan venue which might equally be in Paris Rome or New York. Love this place. Brilliant atmosphere and we had the most lovely waiter, a young French guy who made us laugh lots. Delicious breakfast at the same price you’d find in zone 2, let alone in the middle of Soho. On point cocktails. The Saturday brunch menu goes on until 5pm.
