Found this hotel by accident. If you arrive in a taxi just make sure the driver knows where you are staying ie St James as there is another hub around the corner “Westminster Abbey” which is where our driver first wanted to drop us. Great location and very close to the Palace of Westminster and Whitehall

Upon arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff who checked us in so efficiently and quickly that we were in our room unpacking within five minutes of arriving. The rooms are what you would expect in a hub with the most being made of the space. My only complaint more a criticism is that the bed is a “captains bed” so you can only get out of it on one side, however, when we mentioned this to the staff on checking out we were told that something could be done about it if we ever went back (which we will)

The breakfast for £5 is excellent value with fresh made porridge, yoghurt and fruit, fresh fruit salad, toast pastries as much as you can eat and tea and coffee available 24 hours a day. Breakfast is also available until 11.00hrs for the late risers,

There is a small bar with a good selection of beers wines and spirits which are all reasonably priced,

The staff were all very helpful and friendly and we will definitely return to this hotel and would thoroughly recommend it

Have to admit I was sceptical about staying here due to my expected idea of its ‘hub’ room size. There was no need to worry.

Whether I got lucky or not is enough matter as was given an easy access room. Subsequently the bathroom (wet room) was huge, so was the very comfy bed and surrounding area with chair plus pull down flap work station. A wardrobe was even cleverly placed behind a mirror too.

Various light settings, ability to ask not to be disturbed and to control the room temperature by app or panel above your bed were great features. Tv apps like I-player, YouTube, BBC sport plus a couple of others were also nice touches on your tv.

Breakfast was continental (cereal, yogurt, breads, pastries, fruits) and the coffee machine was always available to use.

Staff were polite, courteous and friendly and the whole experience was excellent. The best hotel stay I’ve had for a while and I’ll be back for sure when next staying over in Victoria. Great value also.

Would score this higher if it were possible!

We booked this hotel for a cheap getaway to London. What an amazing find.

From the moment we arrived the staff were superb! Very helpful, friendly and professional. They come across as though they really love their jobs.

Our ‘Pod’ was great! Like something James Bond might choose to stay in. Very clean, full of gadgets and a really excellent layout. We loved it.

The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice and using quality ingredients. Anyone who faults the breakfast must be really hard to please!

The food and drink were excellent and very, very, reasonable.

Add to this the central location and you have perfection for a short break.

We loved our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The idea of ‘The Hub’ deserves to be successful as it is a very clever idea and fills a gap in the market. Well done!!

The location is excellent. The staff are exceptional. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The lounge is a great concept and available all day to the guests.
