Stayed for one night and the hotel is on par with other Indigo Hotels. Comfy bed. Lovely service from the front of house.
We love Indigo hotels - from a budget price point these are great IHG hotels. The only downside is this hotel room was very small despite us being upgraded.

Booked months in advance. They waited till we arrived at the hotel to say one of our rooms is unavailable so three of us have to sleep in one queen bed. Different staff made different excuses and made us wait 30 minutes so they could put an extra mattress on the floor in our room. Not happy and highly don't recommended

Excellent Hotel, highly recommended. Very convenient location, just a few minutes walk from Paddington Station. Good, comfortable rooms. Good food in the attached café. The staff were excellent. In particular, Inram, helped us with a couple of issues. He was friendly, efficient and incredibly positive. We will definitely stay here again, next time we're in London.

Excellent hotel service was first rate. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and tidy. Room was very spacious airy and spotless. Bar area was lovely for a nice evening drink. Fully recommend this hotel., as one of the best and so close to Paddington and eay to reach further into London from here.

Rooms are pretty small, especially considering I had an upgrade. It was a good stay though and the staff are exceptional. Rooms are on the small side but comfy and clean. A little noisy with the floorboards. Excellent location, 5 mins walk from Paddington Station. Great chippy close by and the bar/restaurant attached is Bella Italia. I got a Negroni from Bella Italia and took it up to Indigo’s terrace bar which was quite cool. Breakfast at Bella Italia was very nice…
