Met my friend there for a catchup and food. We had the Tortilla and the stuffed aubergine - both really tasty, could have easily have seconds - not because they weren't filling because they were so yummy.
Deserts - plum sponge with custard and a custard slice, forgot the actual name, which was deliciously naughty with a sort of caramelised sugar topping.
People really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Will definitely be back.

I was visiting Liverpool with my wife and wanted a cheap local cafe to have a break from sight seeing. Having found this on trip adviser we decided to give it ago. We were greeted by friendly staff a nice range of sandwiches and cakes at reasonable prices. Service was efficient and friendly and most of all very good quality sandwiches.

This place surprised me because I did not know that Quakers run a vegetarian restaurant. The ambience was very good and the food was even better. I recommend his highly.

The food here is delicious, Tasty, hot and beautifully served. It's also very good value. I had the lentil soup served with lightly toasted bread, at £3.75. I've also had the quiche and salad, which was a huge portion and delicious too.
With waitress service, jugs of tap water and a great atmosphere this is one of my favourite places for lunch when on my own in Liverpool.
