Absolutely fantastic day, couldn’t have gone better, the staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us. Highly recommended.
The rooms were lovely, the wedding meal was delicious, everything was great. Thanks to all who made it so perfect.

This is the fourth time I have stayed here but it was the most disappointing. Same excellent location, good view of the cathedral, friendly staff and convenient car park but the food standard had plummeted. Each course at dinner was just bland, not awful but totally lacking in flavour and so very disappointing. Breakfast was poor too. The scrambled eggs were rubbery, baked beans were seeping into everything instead of being served in their own container, the toast was floppy and cold and the tea utterly tasteless. Such a shame as the last time I stayed, the food was wonderful. Such a shame as the staff are so friendly and kind. Is there a new chef I wonder?

Excellent small hotel with amazing views of Lincoln Cathedral from the upper floors. In all respects, the staff were excellent and very welcoming.

Yes, some areas of the hotel could use a fresh coat of paint -- for example the windows -- and the bathrooms could probably use a slight updating, but otherwise it was a very good 3-star hotel with decent food and reasonable prices.

Best part were the lift (elevator) as not every hotel in the U.K. like this one will have one and parking, which meant no street parking required.

Like many British hotels, breakfast starts a little late. It would be nice if coffee were at least accessible in the lobby beginning around 6 a.m.

The Hotel is located in a fantastic position - right next to the castle walls & Cathedral and within a short distance of lovely bars and restaurants. We arrived before the check in time but were told our room would be ready within a few minutes so it was freshly cleaned. We dropped our cases in the room & were horrified to see this 'just cleaned' room had 4 dead flies on the windowsill & very dusty lamps and furniture. The paintwork in the room was in desperate need of refreshing (chipped, scuffed & patchy) & door handles were old (the wardrobe handle fell off!) - not really up to the standard we expected for £135 per night.
Drinks at the bar were expensive - £42 for 4 double whiskys!
Breakfast was nice - plenty of choice but the cooked breakfast was luke warm.
The hotel has it's own car park which was a bonus in a busy area with narrow roads and is mainly pedestrianized.

Really enjoyed our stay at the White Hart room was big with a great view of the Cathedral. Staff were really helpful and made everything very easy. Right in the centre of the Cathedral quarter, just step outside and the area is steeped in history. Will definitely be going back
