Just come back from new year break had a lovely time, staff were very pleasant and Robert restaurant manager very attentive and his staff looked after you, our room was very clean even though it wasn't a refurbished room which I requested, the only thing that spoiled the weekend was the beer on draught, when we arrived on Saturday the beer was lovely come Sunday day before new years eve my husband bought a pint of tetley bitter to realise it had been watered down he mentioned it to the bar staff and and they said it hadn't , after a trying another pint this was the same, the day after the beer was still no different we spoke to a few other people and they said the same, it was a shame this happened as it made us think about reporting it to weights and measures the price they are charging for beer isn't cheap and its not an all inclusive hotel so there is no excuse I hope this problem is sorted because I don't want this to spoil us booking tiffanys again.

Stayed for one night with 8 friends 5 rooms in total booked for one of the Xmas party nights.
On arrival the hotel was very cold, we put the radiator on in our room and went down to the bar area which was also very cold. Our room has warmed up when we went back upstairs, The room looked like it needed a good clean the bathroom was full of fluff, dust and cobwebs down the side of the sink and behind the toilet.
The shower was dirty plug hole Filthy.
One of our friends had a room that was raining in, we went to complain about it and about how cold the hotel was, they said they were sorting it. My friend was offered another room which when we went to look at was raining in too room no2. But not as bad as the previous room. We went back to reception and explained this room was also raining in and the carpet was wet, but no other rooms available, so she had to have that one.
In the evening the room we were in for the Xmas party was very very cold so much so we had to go to our rooms and get our coats to sit and eat. One party had a table next to the fire exit they were freezing and staff were trying to fasten a sheet up at the door to stop the draft but they had to move them as far to cold.
After the meal we did not stay for the singer as we couldn’t feel our toes so we made our way into the main bar which was also cold and sat till 1:00am with coats around us.
We arrived at the hotel about 2:30 in the afternoon and complained how cold it was, also one of our party asked for blowers or heaters to be brought into the event room which they said they were sorting but nothing happened.
I was very disappointed and will not be returning to this hotel and I feel
My friend who had to sleep in a wet damp room should not have been charged for this we paid upfront but she should have had a refund.

Several of us booked at Tiffany's Hotel for a works do in the area. We learnt on arrival at Tiffany’s that parking for guests was a problem due to limited parking spaces. We were not aware of this prior to our arrival, however, just outside the hotel front entrance was a cone in a parking bay. We needed to check in, get ready for our function and leave the hotel, so, we double parked and ran in to the hotel on the 9th December 2018 to ask reception staff if it was ok for us to move the cone so that we could check in, get ready and leave for our function. A man was on duty and he appeared keen to assist but asked his colleague (a woman) why the cones were there?. The women replied that the bay was not for vehicles and for guest access in and out of the hotel. We were told to park in a double story car park somewhere nearby if there was no other parking in the front of the hotel or the back. We accepted this explanation and looked around for alternative parking. We got settled in the hotel and on our way out to our function, we found a car parked in the same parking that the reception staff claimed not to be a parking bay. We walked back into the hotel and asked the staff about this. The woman appeared to be rather uncomfortable and embarrassed (body language) to be confronted and tried to make alternative excuses. They both tried to defend their decision not to allow us to use that parking space in the first place. On our return from our function after mid night, the same parking bay was empty and we were able to park there without any problems. We did not like the attitude and behaviour of the staff, especially the woman on duty who the young man turned to, to clarify about the parking bay. The staff appeared unhelpful and not understanding of our situation to temporarily use the parking bay. If they were reserving it for someone else, we could have worked together to ensure that who ever they were reserving the parking for would have the parking since we had explained that we needed to get ready and leave for our function. The room we were in was sea view facing but very small. There was also sweet paper wrapping between the side table and bed indicating lack of attention to detail when cleaning. Our other colleague’s room’s carpets were badly stained and the room looked in need for attention. Sorry I did not take a photo of this room with stains.
