had a great week stay in Kendal,cottage was spotlessly clean,comfortable and well equipped.
it was so quiet it was hard to believe that the market square is just yards away.the welcome pack was a nice touch,tried hard not to eat all the goodies.the best car park is on blackhall road opposite the bus station,you can get a seven day pass for £30,would recommend cottage to family and friends

The cottage was extrenmely clean with everything you could possibly need apart from WIFI however you could log in to Kendal's wifi a 1 minute walk away or less! The cottage was a stones throw from the high street although you would never know as it was so quiet and tranquil inside. Due to its location, all the shops were within walking distance and so made the stay very relaxing. Kendal boasts a multitude of Cafe's, resturants, and pubs to eat at but the kitchen itself in the cottage had everything we needed and the rooms had little touches that made the place feel very homely. A lovely place to stay and would be our first choice if we were staying in Kendal again.

Beautifully presented property - great attention to detail. We used it as a base to discover the southern lakes.
Best car park opposite the bus station - £30 for a week - but also valid in other local car parks including those in Windermere and Bowness.
It was very convenient to be in the centre of Kendal - plenty of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.
We had a great week in spite of some 'iffy' weather!
