Me and the wife came for one night to see what it was like. Definitely wasn’t disappointed. Room was fantastic, and food in the Marco Pierre White restaurant was superb. Great view of Hull on the 5th floor if you can get a room up there. Great to have a quality hotel in Hull.

Room Tip: 5th floor offers superb city views

We stayed at the Doubletree by Hilton Hull for 2 nights September 2018.We had a fantastic stay, staff very very friendly, breakfast and dinner up market, rooms very clean up market bedding and towels.We would regement this Hotel.Thank you to all the staff.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights while visiting family in Hull. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. The only negative is the car parking situation. There is no direct access from the car park to the hotel. During summer and with my husband, it was only slightly annoying. But, in winter or if traveling alone, the long walk would have been really a hassle, especially with luggage. Also one evening when we returned from dinner around 10 pm there were no parking stalls available and none in the surrounding area. We had to wait in our car for someone to leave the car park so that we could get in.

We spent two nights here. The bedrooms are terrific, modern and fitted with USB connections. The wi-if is also good and free. They have a car park around the back, not free but £10 gets you 24hours so it is reasonable. There are two bars; the Lexington is a roof-top bar and offers view across town.

We did not eat here as we like to avail ourselves of some of the excellent eateries in the town itself.

Only slight grumble, the beds are a tad hard for some.

Loved the hotel and would gladly return.

We stayed at this hotel whilst visiting the freedom festival in Hull and we love this hotel . The decor is very stylish and the room also . They have a rooftop bar here aswell called the Lexington and this is also very stylish . We have stayed at this hotel before and love it but the reason I reviewed it at 4 stars was due to the breakfast . It wasn’t up to the usual Hilton standard . The sausages and the bacon looked like they had been boiled - very pale with hardly any colour to them which put me off . However we have been before at it was excellent but some consistency is needed I think . Other than that I would highly recommend this hotel as it’s in a great location and the car park is very secure .
